Role:

The role supports a rapidly growing branch network and the central pricing & procurement teams by managing multiple aspects of the system product and cost file.

Main duties:

• Maintaining the central product file and purchase costs for the branch network within our Kerridge trading system.

• Monthly supplier price increases

• New product updates

• Liaise with suppliers and the central procurement team on product and purchase order queries, product rationalisation and key manufacturer updates

• Analyse the product file for areas of improvement and update accordingly

• Develop good working relationships with both the central team and those within branch

Key requirements for the role:

• High attention to detail

• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and establish priorities

• Comfortable in a team environment

• The ability to communicate effectively with central departments and the branch network

• Efficient in Microsoft Excel
