This is a fixed term, maternity cover position, covering a key role within our Projects team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Review and action the new branches mailbox

• Organising and creating project related documentation

• Communicating with internal and external suppliers

• Collating an inventory of products for fit outs and monitoring orders

• Assist Project Co-Ordinator with the day to day running of multiple projects

• Co-ordinate general administrative duties

• Monitor fit out budgets

• Approval and actioning of invoices

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Experience of handling fast-flowing workload, efficiently and effectively

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount

• Strong numeric ability, with Excel experience

• IT literate

• Ability to meet set deadlines and prioritise tasks
