Credit Control Administrator

In this role you will manage a portfolio of customers within a Credit Control environment and manage these within the KPI controls. This role is working 40 hours per week in our Hull office. Paying National Minimum Wage.
Responsibilities and Duties
Support the credit control team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Accurately allocate unallocated cash on the appropriate accounts, in a timely manner.
Reconcile accounts and manage discrepancies effectively.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Log and chase active queries with appropriate branches, to the point of resolution.
Respond to account enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with credit controller(s) to ensure seamless service to customers and branches.
Perform general administrative duties as required.
Responsible for managing the credit control inbox and responding to client queries promptly and professionally.
Provide cover of credit control duties
Requirements
Proven experience as with cash allocations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
