MKM FINANCE ACADEMY – Now recruiting talented individuals to be part of this brand new programme that redefines our approach to Finance careers with MKM.

Lasting 3 years, the successful candidates will benefit from:

  • Practical work experience across our Finance teams, giving you a chance to see where your passions lie.

  • A designated mentor throughout the programme.

  • Study support whilst working towards your professional accountancy qualification (CIMA or ACCA)

  • A structured pay & career pathway over the length of the programme.

About you:

  • You’ll be Curious, Resilient, Adaptable, Innovative, Tenacious and a Team Player and:

  • Have an excellent standard of numeracy & literacy and be serious about carving out a career in Finance.

  • Prepared to get stuck into the job whilst studying to gain your professional qualification within 3 years.

  • Be focussed on kick starting your career but have half an eye on the future (The MKM FINANCE ACADEMY forms part of our succession plans!)

  • Live within a commutable distance of Hull, East Yorkshire, or be willing to relocate to an area commutable to Hull.

Other:

Starting salary: £28,500 with a structured pay framework attracted increases as learning & performance progresses.

Contract type: Full time (40 hr) permanent.

Location: Initially, full time on-site in Hull, potentially leading to hybrid.
