Purpose

An experienced Air Conditioning industry professional who can absorb a significant customer book and provide immediate credibility with contractors, consultants and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of RAC/PAC/VRF customers.

• Build relationships with contractors, end users and consultants.

• Identify project opportunities and pipeline growth.

• Work closely with internal quotations, technical and customer service teams.

• Support the transition and development of customer relationships across the wider business.

• Maintain high levels of customer responsiveness and service.

Ideal Candidate

• RAC/PAC/VRF knowledge – preferably with our brands: Daikin/Fujitsu/Panasonic

• Strong account management skills.

• Able to manage relationships remotely and in person.

• Commercially aware.

• Self-motivated and organised.

• Looking for a long-term opportunity.
